Shipping Policy

At EDH Renovations we ship every bathroom commode free of charge anywhere in the contiguous United States. There are no shipping fees and no sales tax added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our Tampa, Florida warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time & method

• Standard commodes & fixtures — 3–7 business days via ground carrier.
• One-piece, wall-hung and commercial units — 5–10 business days via LTL freight. Because these are heavy, the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Smart toilets & bidets — 3–7 business days, shipped in reinforced packaging to protect electronic components.

Packaging & damage

All porcelain and ceramic units ship double-boxed with molded corner protection. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the unit and email us within 48 hours at info@edhrenovations.com — we'll arrange a free replacement.
