Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a commode isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return window & condition

• Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
• Once a commode has been installed or the wax ring seated, it can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping on non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer; freight items may incur a return freight cost.

Damaged or defective items

If your unit arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we replace it at no cost. Email photos to info@edhrenovations.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned unit. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
